So, what exactly is the Southern Women\u2019s Convention?
\n<\/strong>It\u2019s an exciting one-day event for women from churches across the South East of England to come together and to be renewed and refreshed as we share in faithful bible teaching, praise, prayer and fellowship. The day is for women of all ages (14+), at any stage of their Christian life. There will be an opportunity to attend two seminars during the day. To view a video of 2026 click here.<\/a>
\nWhat is the cost?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>
\n\u00a313 which includes cookies and hot beverages during the morning break (\u00a310 for over 14\u2019s & students)<\/span>
\nWhere does it take place?
\n<\/strong>We meet annually at All Saints Church, Crowborough (East Sussex) just off the A26 \u00a0and it\u2019s easily accessible by road (car and bus). There is also a train station in Crowborough and it\u2019s only a one-hour trip down from London Bridge.
\n\"\"<\/strong><\/span><\/span>Who organises the convention?
\n<\/strong>The convention team is made up of women from various Sussex churches, who are all part of the Sussex Gospel Partnership (SGP). You can find out more about each of the team here.<\/a> <\/span><\/strong>The SGP is a partnership of bible-centred churches in Sussex working together to strengthen churches and advance the gospel. \nWhat should I bring?
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/span>Please bring a bible and a picnic lunch with you. Drinks and a snack are served at the break, and we have arranged for a coffee van outside to purchase drinks and snacks on arrival and at lunch time. You might want to bring a camping chair or picnic rug if it is fine (we have plenty of indoor space if the weather is not dry!) There will be no creche but babes in arms are welcome.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
